All shoes must be returned to us, in the original box, "completely unsoiled" within 14 days of purchase. If shoes returned "as new" and meet all the above requirements, then and only then, can an exchange or refund be effected. All returns must have Complete Instructions in the box. If no instructions are received, no action will be taken by us. If shoes have been worn or are soiled in any way, they will not be accepted and will immediately be returned to the customer. First exchange free of charge (ground service only). Further exchanges will be charged for shipping. If shoes are returned to us outside the required 14 day period, and are in good condition, a restocking charge of US $10 per pair will then be made to the Customer Account unless extenuating circumstances can be proven. We cannot be responsible for return postage nor for telephone calls related to returns, nor for shoes lost when returned. Please note that PRICES ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITHOUT NOTICE DUE TO CURRENCY FLUCTUATIONS. Shipping and any applicable taxes (e.g., California sales tax of 8.25% to California customers only) are extra.
